Stephen is a Manager on the Relationship Management Team at Clearview Group. The premise of RMT is to cultivate authentic relationships with the firm’s employees and potential clients, prospects, and recruits. In his role, Stephen strives to serve as a brand ambassador of Clearview by growing the firm’s network and making positive, lasting impressions on those he encounters. He works diligently to offer support to each of Clearview’s service lines through his efforts.
Before arriving at Clearview, Stephen was a public school educator, beginning as an elementary school teacher. During that same time period, Stephen was the head Wrestling and Boys’ Tennis coach at a neighboring high school. Following his tenure teaching and coaching, he elected to pursue athletic administration. Stephen was the director of athletics for three different school districts in two states, spanning the better part of two decades.
Stephen is also a former professional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter, a culmination of the various combat sports in which he grew up competing.
Stephen attended Towson University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and was captain of the Wrestling team. He later attended McDaniel College, where he graduated with a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration.
