Mike Ginski is a Director in the State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice at Clearview Group. This practice includes sales and use tax, real property tax, personal property tax, and unclaimed property tax. For over 20 years, Mike has been a multi-state transaction tax consultant and is known as a subject matter expert in statistical sampling methodologies. His strong problem-solving skills, superior research and analysis techniques, and effective communication skills have made him a sought-after speaker on audit defense techniques and other topics at national events such as the Institute of Professionals in Taxation (IPT) conference.
Mike is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Society of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT).
Mike volunteers with the Maryland Food Bank, along with his team at Clearview Group. He is also heavily involved in many organizations in his Fallston, MD community, including previously serving as Committee Chairman of the Fallston Cub Scouts Pack and coaching various teams for Fallston Recreation.
Mike attended Stevenson University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Accounting.
