Michelle Stutz is the Director of Practice Administration at Clearview Group. Michelle’s role encompasses many things, including looking for ways to create efficiencies across service lines, establishing policies and procedures related to work practices, streamlining current processes, and establishing/defining best practices across service lines. Michelle began her career as an auditor in a “Big Four” firm in Baltimore and has over 20 years of progressively responsible experience in professional service firms. Before joining Clearview, Michelle managed the finance and administration of an international consulting firm's State and Local tax division. Her vast experience includes overseeing billing, financial reporting, managing vendor relationships, managing office relocations, budgeting, office manager duties, overseeing a customer service team, CRM, practice management, and LMS & ERP system implementations.
Michelle is also an active Board member of Hereford Soccer Club and Hereford Music Boosters Club, and she serves as Treasurer for both non-profit organizations.
Michelle attended Penn State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & International Business.
