James Elder has over 20 years of leadership experience building organizations for sustainable growth and leading turnaround and restructuring initiatives. As a former CFO, he prides himself on creating clarity around the core cause of the business challenges impacting Clearview clients and then delivering a plan and solution that allows them to move forward quickly and effectively in pursuing their goals. James specializes in CFO services, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, organizational alignment, banking, strategic planning, high growth, private equity, sales operations and metrics, policy development, process improvement, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
James works with a wide range of companies, from start-ups to multi-national organizations, and enjoys playing a part in their success while helping executives and shareholders realize their financial and organizational goals.
James attended Towson University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
