Clearview Group Welcomes Bo Vicendese as Principal to Lead Real Property Tax Services

January 24, 2024 - Clearview Group, a national management consulting and CPA firm headquartered in Owings Mills, Maryland, announces the addition of Bo Vicendese as Principal within the State and Local Tax practice. In this role, Bo will lead Clearview’s real property tax services, ensuring fair, reasonable, and equitable assessments for clients and their properties.

Bo brings over 30 years of experience as a property tax consultant and Maryland assessor. He carries specialty experience in retail property, with vast knowledge in office, multi-family, industrial, and hospitality properties. Bo’s expert knowledge and progressive approach are set to be pivotal in the enhancement of Clearview’s state and local tax services.
