As we wrap up the year and make plans for 2022, we wanted to take a moment to recognize and celebrate our wins from 2021.
Our firm experienced another year of solid growth thanks to our incredible team, partners and outstanding clients. We saw a 27% increase in new clients and continue to expand our national reach with 42% of new clients being outside the Maryland-DC-Virginia region. Our team grew in accordance with our sales, as we saw a 33% increase to our in-house team.

Our State and Local Tax (SALT) practice had a fantastic year, providing $2.5M in savings and refunds for clients big and small across a variety of industries. The included $700,000 in savings and refunds for one of the most prestigious research institutions in the world.
